Adopt-A-Wish^® Program

The Adopt-A-Wish^® program provides a special opportunity to help make a child's wish come true. Every wish is a unique and memorable experience for the child, the family and all those who participate in the wish process. Adopting a wish allows you, your company, community group or school club to be paired up with a wish child from our local chapter. Your donation can be in the form of a single contribution or through a variety of ongoing fundraising efforts. Please review the giving levels below to learn more about this program!

What a wish means for the child and their families:

Parents and volunteers believe that wish children receive much more than hope, strength, and joy from their wishes.

After a wish is granted wish parents say:

• A wish makes kids feel stronger and more energetic
• The wish experience is a turning point in their child's fight against his/her illness
• Feelings of hope and optimism replace fear and stress
• Wish kids are less isolated and feel like normal kids again
• Families, often strained by stress of the illness, feel repaired and strengthened

Giving Levels:

Benefits based on donations given within one year

$5,000 - Adopt-A-Wish^® Level

• Adopt the wish of a very special local child - receive a plaque with their story and photo
• Name recognition/listing in our annual Year End Report
• Name recognition/listing on chapter Adopt-A-Wish^® page
• Recognition on the Make-A-Wish Foundation^® of Orange County and the Inland Empire fan page on Facebook with caption (www.facebook.com/MakeAWishOCIE)

$7,500 - Hope Level

• All of the above PLUS
• Your name or organization's logo featured in our quarterly e-newsletter for a year (sent to over 3,000 supporters with each issue)

$10,000 - Strength Level

• All of the above PLUS
• Featured Story about your adopted wish on the front page of our Chapter Website for a period of at least one week and a press release to local media to announce your support of our chapter.
• Opportunity to have 2 participants attend the wish presentation or host a meet-and-greet party with your adopted wish child prior to or after the wish

$25,000 - Joy Level

• All of the above PLUS
• "A Year in Wishes" photo book each year with photos of wishes granted by our chapter.
• Invitation for 2 guests to attend our chapter's annual gala event (Christmas Wishes)
• Your logo or company name listed in a full page annual "thank you" ad in the Orange County Business Journal or the Inland Empire Business Journal

$50,000+/cumulative - Wish Visionary Level

• All of the above PLUS
• Invitation for 2 guests to attend our exclusive annual wish kid social event
• Name on the "Wish Wall" in the Tustin Wish House office
